The Seven Principles program is based on John Gottman’s four decades of research on relationships. The program will provide couples with practical tools to improve their relationships, while understanding the research-based foundation from which these tools are derived.
INTENDED FOR ALL COUPLES
This program is not just for married couples. Most couples can benefit, whether dating, engaged, newlyweds, new parents or seniors. People of all backgrounds, ages, faiths and sexual orientation are welcome.
